PTHV places a high priority on protecting your privacy. This privacy policy, last updated on January 3, 2023, was created to demonstrate PTHV’s firm commitment to the privacy of our website users. This policy explains what type of information is collected by PTHV’s website, www.pthvp.org, and how this information is used.

Users of our website and individuals who sign up to receive our email communications voluntarily provide us with contact information, such as name, affiliation, phone number, and email address. We also receive personal information when you sign up for an account on the site, register for a PTHV webinar or event, donate to PTHV, use our contact forms, respond to our emails, or connect to our site from social media platforms. For example, we may use cookies or other technologies from WordPress and Google Analytics to collect information about your IP address, web browser, internet service providers, referring and exit pages, operating systems, time and duration of visits to our pages, etc. We use this information to administer the website, track usage, improve our services, gather information about referring websites, send you news and marketing materials, enable you to share content with others through our site, and conform with applicable laws and regulatory requirements of maintaining a website. Note, the PTHV website does not collect or process any financial data such as bank or credit or debit card details. When an online payment is required from you, such as when you make a donation, you will be directed to PayPal.com, which will collect and process such data. PTHVP.org Is Not Intended for Children

Although PTHV is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving PreK-12 education, our website is not intended for children younger than 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children ages 16 and younger.  If you are16 or younger, do not use or provide any information on the site or on or through any of its features, register on the site, use any of the interactive features of the site or provide any information about yourself to us. The site is hosted in the United States. Personal information that is voluntarily provided on or via our site or online, via electronic communication, or otherwise to us, will be maintained or accessed in servers or files located in the United States. If you do not consent to having your personal information processed and stored in the United States, please do not provide it to us or use our site.
