Carol E. Brady brings a wealth of experience in curriculum development and teaching to the forefront of educational innovation and equity. Holding a master’s in curriculum and instruction from George Mason University and a bachelor’s in applied learning and development from the University of Texas, Carol is motivated by her passion for coaching and relationship-building. Driven by a commitment to achieving equitable outcomes for students, Carol is a passionate leader of collaborative teams, curriculum development, and engagement strategy within diverse educational sectors. Her influence is evident in key organizations, including the District of Columbia Public Schools, Flamboyan Foundation, and Johns Hopkins School of Education, where she has made contributions through innovative curriculum design, strategic planning, and the creation of impactful teacher-family engagement initiatives. Carol enjoys painting and lives in South Carolina with her wife and two children.
PTHV advances student success and school improvement by leveraging relationships, research, and a national network of partners to advance evidence-based practices in relational home visits within a comprehensive family engagement strategy.
PTHV is a nonprofit grassroots network that must raise its operating budget every year. Like the local home visit projects we help, our network is sustained by collaboration.
