Her influence is evident in key organizations, including the District of Columbia Public Schools, Flamboyan Foundation, and Johns Hopkins School of Education, where she has made contributions through innovative curriculum design, strategic planning, and the creation of impactful teacher-family engagement initiatives. Carol enjoys painting and lives in South Carolina with her wife and two children.
