Communications Director
DeQuendre Neeley-Bertrand directs strategic communications activities at Parent Teacher Home Visits. She brings more than 20 years of experience from various writing, editing, and communications management roles at daily newspapers, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from New York University and a master’s degree in sociology from The George Washington University.
PTHV advances student success and school improvement by leveraging relationships, research, and a national network of partners to advance evidence-based practices in relational home visits within a comprehensive family engagement strategy.
