Today we officially welcome Emily Garcia, Executive Director of the DC Office at Flamboyan Foundation to the Parent Teacher Home Visits Board of Directors.

Emily brings nearly two decades of experience in education leadership, with a strong commitment to advancing equity and authentic family engagement. At Flamboyan, she has championed innovative approaches to building strong relationships between families, educators, and communities—work that closely aligns with PTHV’s mission.
