This event underscores the importance of families as key partners in education, featuring both practitioner-focused sessions and a dedicated family leadership strand.
PTHV’s very own, Yesenia Ramirez, Co-Founding Parent, and Rachel Brice, Program Director, will lead an interactive session where participants will learn more about PTHV’s Core Practices and evaluation outcomes all while listening to engaging personal testimonies on the transformative nature of this relational home visit model. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to reflect on lessons learned in recent years about the value of trust in teaching and learning and identify action steps to better build productive school-family relationships.
