• Expanded Footprint: PTHV’s model of home visits is practiced in a remarkable 29 states, the District of Columbia, and even Canada! This represents significant growth compared to last year, demonstrating the widespread appeal and effectiveness of our approach.
• Empowering Educators: We’ve trained a record-breaking number of teachers – 3,110 educators – equipping them with the skills and resources to build strong family connections. This represents a 13.3 percent growth in our educator network, and this translates to more teachers who are confident and equipped to engage with families and foster student success.
• Strengthening Communities: A staggering 34,159 home visits took place during the 2023-24 school year. This represents a substantial increase over last year, highlighting the growing commitment of schools and families to building strong partnerships.
